Chicken Tacos With Avocado & Spicy Jalapeno

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Pull lettuce leaves apart and wash

  2. Finely chop garlic gloves and place in pan with olive oil

  3. Add chicken and cook until golden, adding taco seasoning as you cook until desired flavour

  4. While chicken is cooking, dice tomato & red onion and add to a smaller bowl

  5. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and coriander to taste - stir to combine

  6. Heat tortillas in the oven

  7. Assemble tacos - start with tortilla, the place lettuce leaves and top with chicken strips

  8. Dollop Chris’ Deli Avocado, Feta & Spicy Jalapeno dip on top of chicken and then top with tomato, onion mix

  9. Sprinkle coriander on top if desired and squeeze lime juice over to taste

  10. Enjoy!
