Information on how to enter this Promotion and Prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry (Terms). These Terms apply to the Promotion and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
1. Promoter
This giveaway is being conducted jointly by Cantire Foods Pty Ltd (trading as Chris’ Foods (ABN 97 005 337 253)) and Yiayia Next Door (YYND (ABN 23 636 448 934)) (the Promoters). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with META (Instagram or Facebook).
2. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to Australian residents ONLY, aged 18 years and over.
b. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoters and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
This giveaway begins on the 1st of October, 2025 at 9:00am AEST and ends on the 28th of October at 11:59pm AEST. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
Be following both Chris’ Foods (@chrisdipsau) and YYND (@yiayianextdoor) on Instagram
Share a moment- either on stories, in feed or via DM’s
Tag @chrisdipsau and @yiayianextdoor in the shared moment
Each moment/video is considered one entry - participants can enter as many times as they like
All entries will go into a draw, there three (3) winners will be chosen at random
5. Prize
a. Three (3) winners will be chosen at random in the week after the Promotion Period.
b. First prize consists of:

e. All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Selection of Winner
The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on Thursday the 30th of October 2025 at approximately 10:00am AEST.
The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 3 business days of the draw and announced on @chrisdipsau and @yiayianextdoor Instagram accounts during the week of October 3rd, 2025.
The Promoters’ decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winners must respond to the Promoters within 2 business days of being notified to claim their prize.
If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within this timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to re-draw the prize and contact another winner(s).
Winners will need to provide their postal address to the Promoters once contact, so their prize can be sent to them. Prizes will be sent to the winners within five (5) business days of postal address being provided.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not received, incomplete, or ineligible due to technical errors.
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
If the prize(s) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with another prize(s) of equal or greater value.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion in accordance with the Promoters’ privacy policies.
By entering, participants consent to the Promoters using their name and Instagram handle for announcing the winner and any reasonable promotional purposes related to this giveaway.
10. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential) as a result of entering or winning the prize(s).
11. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia, and all entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
