Antipasto Skewers

 

Ingredients: Makes 12 Skewers

  • 1 tub Chris’ Homestyle Sun Dried Tomato Dip (for serving)

  • 12 slices salami

  • 12 bocconcini balls

  • 12 fresh basil leaves

  • 12 cubes of cheddar or provolone cheese

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 6 small pickles

  • Skewers

Prep your ingredients:
Drain bocconcini and pat dry. Wash basil and cherry tomatoes.

Method

  1. Assemble the skewers:
    On each skewer, thread the following in various orders:

    • 1 cherry tomato

    • 1 cube of cheese

    • 1 basil leaf (fold if large)

    • 1 bocconcini ball

    • 1 folded slice of salami

    • 1 pickle half

  2. Repeat until all skewers are built.

  3. Arrange on a platter with a small bowl of Chris’ Sun Dried Tomato Dip in the centre.

  4. Serve cold, perfect for grazing and entertaining!
