Sun-Dried Tomato Loaded Sandwich

 

Ingredients: Makes 1 sandwich

  • 4 tbsp Chris’ Homestyle Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

  • 1 ciabatta roll

  • 3 slices prosciutto

  • 2–3 strips of roasted red pepper

  • 3-4 sun-dried tomato halves, chopped

  • A small handful of rocket

  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Method

  1. Toast the bread lightly if you like it crisp.

  2. Spread the Sun Dried Tomato Dip on both inner sides of the bread.

  3. Layer on:

    • Prosciutto

    • Roasted pepper strips

    • Chopped sundried tomatoes

    • Fresh rocket

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  5. Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice in half.

  6. Enjoy
