Crunchy Corn Fritters

 

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • ¾ cup Chris’ Homestyle Hommus

  • 6–8 pre-made corn fritters (store-bought or homemade)

  • ¼ cup crumbled feta

  • Olive oil, for drizzling

  • Fresh herbs

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

 

Method

  1. Warm the fritters in a non-stick pan over medium heat or in the oven at 160°C for about 5–8 minutes until heated through and slightly crisp on the edges.

  2. Spread a generous dollop of Chris’ Homestyle Hommus onto each serving plate (about 2–3 tablespoons per person).  

  3. Top with 2–3 warm fritters per plate, stacking or layering as desired.

  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the fritters and hommus.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil, add a grind of black pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs

  6. Enjoy!!
