Sun- Dried Tomato Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza base

  • 3–4 tbsp Chris’ Homestyle Sun-Dried Tomato dip

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup baby spinach (optional)

  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese or goat cheese

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Fresh basil or rocket (to finish)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C

  2. Spread the Sun-Dried Tomato dip generously over the pizza base.

  3. Layer your toppings:

    • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the dip.

    • Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, and baby spinach (if using).

    • Add crumbled feta or goat cheese.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  6. Once out of the oven, scatter fresh basil or rocket leaves over the top.

  7. Slice and serve warm!
