Sun- Dried Tomato Pizza Toast

 

Ingredients:

Serves: 1–2
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins

  • 4 tbsp ChrisSun-dried Tomato dip

  • 2 thick slices of sourdough or rustic bread

  • 3–4 tbsp cottage cheese

  • 4–6 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Olive oil, for drizzling

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chilli flakes or shaved parmesan

Method:

  1. Lightly toast your bread slices until just golden.

  2. Spread each slice with Cottage Cheese

  3. Generously spread Chris’ Sun-Dried Tomato dip on top. Don’t worry about making it perfect — a bit of texture is nice.

  4. Scatter over the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and a rosemary.

  5. Season with a little salt and pepper, and drizzle with a touch of olive oil.

  6. Serve immediately. Top with optional chilli flakes or a few shavings of parmesan if desired.
